Notary Publics are Government-Appointed Public Officials. We serve as an impartial third-party witness in the completion of your life-changing legal documents, which typically hold some type of financial value or profound significance to the signers. Notaries, however, do not provide legal advice.
You must bring your document and have all signing parties present for your appointment. You will also need your valid government-issued photo ID such as your Washington State Drivers License.
Any one of the following Valid Government-Issued Photo Identifications (providing they are current or can be expired up to 3 years from notarization date) is acceptable:
1. Driver’s License
2. State Identification Card
3. US Passport
4. US Military ID Card
A Notary Signing Agent is specifically trained and certified to handle real estate transactions. I am trained and certified through the Nation Notary Association. And I conduct continuous education with Notary Stars an online training platform specifically for notary signing agents with extensive experience in this field.
Real estate transactions are complicated documents, that often have meticulous information, that needs to be filled in and in certain ways and to the standards of title, escrow, and lender expectations. Due to the stakes of such a high financial transaction Notary Loan Signing Agents are trained to be skilled in navigating these crucial documents for proper execution.
