Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows a signer and a notary to meet using approved audio-visual technology. Identity is verified through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication before the notarization is completed.
The entire process is recorded and maintained in accordance with Washington State requirements.
Step 1 - Connect: At your appointment time, we'll connect through a secure video platform — no special software to download, no app to install.
Step 2 - Verify: Confirm your identity with a quick, secure ID verification and knowledge-based authentication. This keeps your documents protected and ensures your notarization holds up wherever it is used.
Step 3 - Sign & Notarize: You'll sign your documents electronically while I witness the entire process live and record it utilizing audio-visual technology per Washington State law. I complete your notarial certificate, apply my official electronic notarial seal, and your documents are ready, often within minutes.

Getting ready for your remote session is simple. Here's all you need before we connect:
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone is all it takes. If you can make a video call, you're ready.
A current driver's license, state ID, or passport works perfectly. Your ID will be used to verify your identity before we begin
I'll walk you through everything during your live session. Please have documents downloaded on your computer ready to open and to be uploaded for our online session to the platform in advance, this keeps things moving smoothly. ( If you need notary assistance with uploading documents for your remote online session, please request during our initial consultation )
No special speed required — a standard home Wi-Fi or mobile connection is fine.
Every successful remote signing starts with a conversation. Whether you're across town or across the country, I'm here to make sure your document is handled correctly, completely, and with care from start to finish.
Reach out today and let's talk through what you need — I'll make sure everything is in place before we schedule your session.
